"Ray’s Hope is a source of light and motivation for twenty of our most vulnerable residents. These young ladies truly bring happiness to all of us in this community. They give us all hope and represent themselves as the caring and loving human beings that they are. It’s not only their food that nourishes our bodies but it’s mostly their love and kindnesses that nourishes our souls. Thank you for this heartwarming weekly event." ~ David F.
"About six months ago, a friend told me about Ray. She said she knew a high schooler who was looking for a way to combine her love for cooking with a desire to help those in need of food. I serve in the Fullerton area at a local church food pantry and dinner service. I knew Ray could make an impact for some food-insecure residents of a local apartment building. So, yes, I was thrilled hear Ray's vision for serving. Ray’s openness and willingness to meet and love these folks is genuine, and comes so naturally for her. Ray began a ministry of bringing dinner each week to these folks. It is not just the food that impacts these residents but the caring as well. The residents look forward to a delicious meal each week. The emotional boost of Ray’s interest in their lives brings many smiles." ~ Barbara B.
